Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Europe: 3–7 business days

• International (outside Europe): 5–10 business days

Packaging

All posters are carefully rolled and shipped in protective mailing tubes or flat packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us at contact@postersbysouthside.com, with your order number and a description or photo of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the situation quickly.
